  • SIP trunks (phone line rental) are a requirement for all plans. However, the “Ultimate” plan includes phone lines and does not require the purchase of SIP trunks.
  • A setup and installation fee of R250 applies to all plans. No setup fee is charged if you are switching providers and already have a currently installed system in place.
  • Please note that existing, good-quality network cabling is necessary. If additional cabling is required, it will be billed separately.

A connected device can be an IP desk phone, A mobile app, a web app, or a desktop app. One extension can have many devices connected to its account. Except in our Basic plan, only one device is allowed

In order to use VoIP, a reliable internet connection is required as it is used to transmit voice data. Telecom Solutions provides Voice channels or Sip trunks that function similarly to traditional line rentals on older telephone systems.

Please note that Fiber is the only option available for sharing Voice calls and Data use. In case you do not have Fiber, we offer a separate INTERNET connection that will be used exclusively for calls.

If you have IP ( VoIP ) phones these can be used. If you do not want to outlay cash on new phones we recommend our TS-CLOUD PBX “Ultimate” plan. With this plan, we provide not only the IP phones but all equipment that is required.

Yes, all packages have an installation fee of R250.00 per user ex vat. This covers the configuration of the phones, checking security and firmware updates if required. Provision of initial training onsite installation and handover. In some cases, if you have an existing provider and want to switch. This fee can be waived provided you can give us remote access. Yes, on our “Ultimate” plan for TS-CLOUD PBX, we provide all necessary equipment, including POE switches, IP phones, and routers. This plan also covers phone line rentals/voice channels. Our team takes care of equipment maintenance and updates as required. However, please note that you are responsible for insuring all our free-to-use equipment.

We would like to emphasize that having high-quality network cabling is crucial to the successful implementation of our service. Network cabling can be provided at an extra cost. Should you outsource your network cabling to a 3rd party, we strongly recommend ensuring that it meets the necessary standards. It is also important to note that any cabling installed becomes a permanent part of the building fixtures and cannot be removed.

Yes, you do require noncopper-coated aluminum ( CCA) Cat5 and above network cabling. Existing cabling can be used. Telecom Solutions can test and repair any damaged cables or install new cabling if required. New cabling costs for 2023 are R550,00 per point. If you are unsure about cabling we can arrange a site visit and confirm what is required.

Your phone lines depend on your bandwidth. Telecoms Solutions supplies INTERNET for data and Voice. In general you can have upwards of 15 lines with an LTE connection dedicated for VOice calls only

No there are no contracts. All VoIP services are on a month-to-month basis. With  calendar months’ notice if you want to cancel

However, our Cloud PBX is hosted in a Datacenter that is largely resilient to load shedding. In the event of a power outage at your office, all calls will automatically failover to any number of mobile numbers that you provide us with, ensuring that you never miss an incoming call.

Moreover, our system also allows you to make outgoing calls from any mobile device using a softphone app, giving you greater flexibility and accessibility during power outages.

Once we receive any outstanding one-time payments, you can expect installation to be completed within 24 to 72 hours, or in less than 5 working days. If any unforeseen circumstances arise, we will discuss the matter with you and agree on a suitable date for installation. In case of an emergency where you require urgent service, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or email, and we will provide prompt assistance.

All calls are debited in real time from a prepaid account, which serves as an added security measure to prevent toll fraud. If your account balance reaches zero and you are unable to make a payment, TS will provide advance funds into your account to ensure uninterrupted services. Please note that this is solely at the discretion of TS and is subject to the condition that your account remains in good standing. Additionally, all other services will be billed on the 28th of each month.

All our prices indicated on our site and product sheets are displayed excluding vat. 15% vat will be shown on your Invoice or Estimate. Images used on our site may not necessarily be the exact product. However, if you ordered a product with a model number you will receive that product

We will credit you your payment and correct any incorrect services then apply the new pricing. If we are unable to provide you with a service and you made a payment you will get a full refund. If any installation has been done these costs cannot be refunded. Our technical department reviews every order so if there are any errors with what you order we will advise you and assist in correcting your order.
